Deaf Dog Who Lived On The Streets For 11 Years Is So Happy To Finally Have A Family

A deaf dog named “Solo” spent his whole existence on the streets of Los Angeles, California (USA). When he was approximately 11 years old, he ultimately became too ill to run through the streets with the other dogs. As a result, he walked to a woman’s porch and made the decision to wait there until aid arrived.

The elderly dog was scared when the woman discovered him alone on her doorstep, so she gave him the name Solovino since “he arrived alone.” The woman got in touch with Rocket Dog Rescue after a few days had gone and Solo was still residing on his doorstep. They decided to take care of him and transport him to San Francisco.

Before Carol Messina eventually came across the adorable dog’s picture online, no one could comprehend why he couldn’t find a home that would keep him with him forever.

“I wanted to adore him as soon as I saw his face on the website. Being a great Star Wars fan (I also have a cat named “Star Wars”), I was shocked to learn that his name was Solovino. My first thought was, “Well, his name is Solo!” When I learned it was his adoptive father’s nickname for him, I was shocked! I understood it to be fate. Then, when I first saw him and noticed how dejected he was, I knew he would always be with me.”

Solo was afraid and quite bashful when he initially arrived in his new permanent home. He was very distrustful of people since he had spent his whole life living on the streets before moving from one house to another, and he didn’t appear to have faith that this would be his last residence.

He tucked his tail between his legs for months when he initially moved in with me. He reacted extremely slowly to dogs, people, and cats and cringed if anybody tried to pet him. I soon discovered that both his hearing and his teeth were significantly worse than his parenting philosophy.
