A Bear Family Goes For A Swim In The Pool

Who  doesn’t like a nice pool party? It’s a hot summer day, and the water is cold and refreshing. Watermelon slices, family, friends, and music I like how everyone pitches in to provide food and make a splash. You’re not even required to enter the pool! If you want more sun and less water, you may still enjoy yourself from the comfort of your sun lounger. There’s nothing like stretching out a huge thick towel and starfishing while sipping a pina colada.

A water slide has always been, and always will be, my favorite! They provide hours of amusement, and I can see that I’m not the only one who enjoys making a sliding-in entrance after seeing this video!

The Basso family in Rockaway Township, New Jersey, uses an above-ground swimming pool to beat the summer heat. The Bassos were just booted out, and a new family moved in, so it’s not typically the family and their friends that go swimming. A mom bear and her five young cubs were seeking for a place to cool down when they stumbled across a beautiful pool that was completely devoid of humans. They emerged from the bushes and proceeded to their own little VIP pool.

It’s like winning the lottery! This backyard is a bear’s dream come true. Along with the pool, there are floaties, a water slide, and a swing set not far away! The curious Basso family watched from inside, with mom capturing it all on camera. Mama bear is already in the water, and her children are charmingly trying to follow suit, till when one of the other cubs attempts to grab the floaty but is startled when it drops and nearly strikes him.

When all the bears get in, the formerly clean and blue water becomes muddy. At the very least, they’re clean now! As she films, mom quips, “The pool is so nasty.” The daughter adds, “There’s going to be hair everywhere.” And she is absolutely correct! They’re having so much fun that even the babies are attempting to figure out how to operate the slide! That is one daring cub!

But, like with any good party, all good things must come to an end, and there is a midnight. The one appealing feature of this pool party, on the other hand. The bears don’t have to clean up after themselves! They get to show there, have a good time, and then go. Guys, you did a fantastic job!

Here is the video of them enjoying the pool!
